Maxx By Steigenberger Vienna Hotel

Awesome place with its 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and complimentary wi-fi. I remember how staff helped me with heavy baggage during my first stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable experience!

The service at this brand-new hotel was perfect. The breakfast was savoury and delicious with great coffee and fresh products, paying attention to little details.

Everything was excellent, including very welcoming and pleasant staff especially at the reception desk. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast and dining. The hotel was in a marvellous and perfect location, near a subway station.

I recently visited a hotel in vienna that completely surpassed my expectations! My previous experience in the city was good, but this time around, the room was beautifully designed and featured a lovely nespresso machine. The relaxation areas, especially the sauna, made unwinding after a day of sightseeing a real treat.

The temperature control in the room was an issue. Even when set to the lowest, it felt uncomfortably warm. I also noticed that cleaning seemed minimal, with towels frequently having stray hairs on them, indicating a need for better housekeeping practices. On check-out day, a housekeeper barged in two hours too early. The location, while convenient for transport, is a bit removed from the main sights of the city.

The room was spacious and chic with big windows that let in lots of natural light. Super comfy bed and a sleek bathroom that had everything I needed. Loved the Nespresso machine for that caffeine fix! But the bathroom lighting situation was a bit weird-when you turned on the bathroom lights, it lit up the whole room, which could be annoying at night. Still, overall a nice stay!

I enjoyed two nights in a really comfy Superior Double room, especially loving the waffle maker at breakfast and the long hours to savor it. The hotel's spa was a nice touch with a soothing massage and a relaxing steam room available. The only little hiccup was the food selection. Some items could've been better, but it still hit the spot 😊

I appreciated the elegant decor throughout the hotel. The accessible layout. The staff were also very attentive.

I had a lovely time staying at Maxx in Vienna! The room's chic style, comfy bed, and great shower. While the breakfast felt a bit pricey, overall, the location near the subway was very convenient for sightseeing!

Had a blast with my friends! We explored Schönbrunn Palace and enjoyed the Vienna Prater, super easy to reach via the nearby subway station. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good selection too, perfect to fuel our days out.

Plus, the staff were genuinely pleasant!

My room's A/C was a no-show. Guess I should've brought my trusty fan instead!

The Superior Double room was super comfy and well-equipped, like having a coffee machine and a tv. The spa facilities were amazing, especially the sauna and back massages. Breakfast had fresh croissants and lots of juices. Location was near a tram stop and a Billa supermarket, really handy.

The location was great, as it was easy to access the metro and get into the heart of the city. I appreciated the spacious room and the excellent breakfast options available. The housekeeping could have been better since I found some hairs on the sheets, which was quite disappointing.
